Episode 94: THE PENDULUM OF RULE FOLLOWING AND BREAKING

The key message within this podcast was that just because you CAN, doesn’t
mean you should.  I shared how I personally dropped the guilt and rules
associated with a certain way of eating, and was so grateful to feel so
free.  However, suddenly because I felt like I COULD, I went to the
complete opposite side of the spectrum and ultimately found that for my
body, THAT didn’t feel good either!
