After Monday's episode, this divinely timed conversation is SUCH a treat! My listeners know that I have been on a healing journey for my cycle, and it was so amazing to have THIS conversation with Fertility Conqueror, Author, And Fertility Coach, Sarah Clark!
In this conversation we dove deep into so many aspects of fertility. We talked about strategic and logistical tools and tactics that women can do to start creating space in their life for a healthy pregnancy. We also talked about the importance of mindset, internal talk, and body care. It was a conversation where we brought up the beautifully intertwined importance of energy and strategic action to create a body and life with a natural cycle.
Sarah and I talked about the importance of understanding so many different natural body needs for fertility. We talked nutrition, and the intricacies of each individual woman. We talked about involving your partner in your fertility journey. We talked sleep, exercise, lifestyle. And most importantly, we talked about asking the question "WHY?!"
When Sarah Clark was 28 years old, she received a diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. She accepted the diagnosis and had both her children through in vitro fertilization. Years later she realized the root cause of her infertility was a food intolerance.
