In today's episode I shared with you the really real feelings I was feeling one morning where I found myself caught up in the swirl. I recognized it, and also recognized (because of practice over time) that I didn't have to sit in it.
I applied these five steps to getting out of the swirl and it made all the difference:
1. Deep breathing
2. Claiming it as mine and not giving it to others
3. Choosing again and declaring the type of day I was going to have
4. Getting silly
5. Wild Card (for me, it's talking about it)
