In today's episode of Morning Sunshine with Jillian Bolanz, I had the honor of interviewing Network Marketing Professional, Creator of "Girlfriends Guide to Network Marketing", Mamapreneur and Soul Sister, Shana Recker.
In this episode we go deep on the joys, celebrations, trials, and raw feelings that come from being a professional in Network Marketing. We also drop some major truth bombs on how it can feel to have the stirring within you to do MORE.
When Shana reached the top of the compensation structure of her company, she felt the pull to give back to the world in a different way. She loved the products and services that she represented through her Network Marketing company, but more than that, she loved teaching other women how to sustainably grow a NM company in a way that aligned with their life- particularly moms! In doing some personal development on "how-to's" with Network Marketing, it became clear (and the nagging feeling that she was MEANT to wouldn't go away) that she wanted to create materials, trainings, and her own "how-to's" for others.
In this episode we talk about the fears we both had as we branched off to do "something else" in tandem with our Network Marketing careers. We talked about the guilt and how we leaned into trust in a huge way. We honored our teams and shared how thankful we are for such incredible and supportive communities. And we talked about following our hearts while we juggle being a parent, a wife, and multiple businesses!

I know you are going to want to have your pen and paper available for this conversation. And if it serves you, I would feel so honored if you would leave a rating and review to give Shana HUGE props for what she does.
