You are not a "newbie" to this New Year anymore, friends! The very beginning of the New Year is SO bright, shiny, exciting, and there is so much expectation and intention. A week later, though, it can start to feel a bit worn out. The excitement has thawed.
SO! What do we do?! We set "check-in" points!!
It is so important to check-in with ourselves as we continue down our journey. We can either set smaller goals so we can celebrate at each incremental break OR we can set an open ended goal but we need to ensure we have a reflection opportunity to either press forward or step out of it!
